Diving at the various hydro dams throughout the Waikato area allows our divers to experience various types of 'civil' diving and various diving depths. A lot of the hydro dam diving jobs involve sealing stop logs and working with the dam staff and contractors to ensure that the job runs smoothly. This can involve road closures, and working around cranes. It means that all parties involves need to work together to ensure that everyone and everything is considered in the Health & Safety plan for the project. Some of the deep diving projects mean that we have to take our certified hypobaric chamber on site as a safety measure!
